I was looking for a clean, safe, and good price storage. So,I searched several storage companies, as a result of comparison, I thought the 'Staxup storage' was the most suitable. My choice was excellent, all the staff were friendly. Above all, Katherine was very professional and clearly treated. Despite the change of several decisions, she worked friendly and quickly. So now I am happy to keep my furniture well.

Very welcoming and friendly environment, Melissa and Carolina had great hospitality as they showed me the walk through of the unit. They were sure to answer any of my questions or concerns with reassurance. I feel very secure to be leaving my items in this storage unit as they would protect it as if their own. They were very clear with instructions and protocols.

Absolutely astonished at the lack of professionalism, respect, and the way the handle my case. First; we had a water damage issue that didn't get handle, we never got reimbursed for our belongings being ruined. Due to their lack of maintenance. 2; we are being kicked out of beinf able to be customers at this StaxUps, reason being...."all the issues we have caused them" mind you we don't talk to anybody or do anything but come and pick up or drop off belongings... I love this place it's all reliable they really listen to you it's affordable place I've left my stuff out of the storage many of times I've came back to find my expensive skateboards clothing all is very polite very professional you could tell their friends before anything love these guys

First off I got a storage unit here that was broken into and they didn't tell me about it until a week later and second through our stay. They are open until 6 PM every evening and I showed up before 6 o'clock and they had a paper on the office door saying they close at 5 PM which wasted my time, gas, and money. I don't recommend the storage place and if you use that you're putting your items are at risk and they are also the worst people that communication.

I would strongly advise anyone AGAINST using this storage place. Over the last 13 years, I have been robbed multiple times due to the complete lack of security measures in place. Just TODAY! And last week, I was robbed twice, along with many others. The fence surrounding the facility is flimsy and with holes making it easily breached, making it an easy target for thieves. Id give it ZERO STARS IF I CAN DO NOT GO HERE first off they do not have proper doors that actually stay open for the storage units one swung open and damaged my car and said its not there responsibility the manager was being very very rude about it and they disappeared when in the middle of all this happening he decided to disappear and not deal with any of this I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT .

We came in today and Doug was kind enough to show us the unit size we wanted. Right away he explained the different prices for whether we wanted an upstairs one, downstairs, or one with an elevator. Because of his service and the storage unit size we requested/price we decided to rent the storage. I recommend!

I received professional and friendly service from everyone I met there. I rented a uhaul trailer from them that was in great condition. The check-in and check-out was super easy. I never want to movr again! But if I do, I'm going back to Stax!
