I've kept my items in StaxUp for 5 years and have never had an issue with them. They've always helped me with any issue I've had and have been happy to do so. Prices are reasonable and property is clean.
Okay, so it's not a shiny new building with finished walls and air conditioning, but it's no worse than most people's garages!! It works, and for what we use it for it works GREAT. We paid for 6 months of storage, left to India, and came back. Everything is good. Yes, we did the month free discounted. big 10 x 10 for $75 pm
I was lured in by the free month. You pay for the month your in, I believe mine was 9/6, and was told I was paid through Nov 1st but was sent a lien notice in mid October, including late fees and lien fees. I called to speak to the manager she is never there and never available and refuses to call back. When I signed my agreement I asked them to make my payment serve as my notice to move because.I didn't think I'd need it two months.
