I've had a unit here for over a year and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The price was lower than other places I checked into in the area. The staff is always very courteous and respectful.
highly recommend this facility. Clean property and has a wide variety of sizes of units. conveniently located just off rosecrans st the management is courteous and helpful in trying to accommodate users in all their needs. convenient hours and plenty of parking available.
The best storage facility I have had the pleasure to rent a unit from. I currently store my business' merchandise here and I rest easy knowing that it is safe and secure. Aside from having the lowest monthly prices around, the staff is the friendliest and most helpful bunch you will meet. The facility always opens on time, is always clean and the halls are nice and wide which makes moving your stuff in and out a breeze.
YOU MUST LEAVE A COPY OF YOUR KEY, or YOUR COMBINATION LOCK CODE WITH MANAGEMENT. There's a yearly inspection with the fire marshal done by department of transportation. They've failed most. This is of public record online. They've lost my keys twice. Had to cut lock for inspection. Keep in mind that other storages don't have such inspections. Bum city. The housing project of storages. Urine and trash in elevators. No restrooms. Bums are not only tenants(not living there), some hang out on the sidewalk that borders the bui... read more

Was here for years, they took over and raised the rent every 3-9 months. Kept breaking the rules. Always had rat Pooh and took away bathroom use. Took away trash services, honestly the worse customer service sucked. Especially the remote manager who was never around, Find elsewhere to go, they will do things like buy insurance for your unit out telling you

I wrote to these dirt bags about how people steal your most important things when they bid and win your things. I was referring to videos I lost with my mother. Nothing of value for those scum. I had gotten disabled and was bedridden. Lost all my stuff. I had remembered reading about how these thieves should save such things. I asked this company about this. This is one of the worst business ever! I took over a friends storage and I paid the rent for same! I was allowed to store my items and they allowed me to do so! Christine and Joe were amenable with the arrangement. Christine is the culprit here, not Joe. All of a sudden I was not allowed in, I had a brand new full length mink coat in that unit along with several expensive items that I inherited from my deceased mother and Christmas gifts for my grandchildren!
