I have been a customer here for over six years and they are the cheapest in town. Even after new management took over less than two years ago. I was worried because I knew they would raise the rental price at some point and they did. Regardless new management gave me love and kept it very reasonable since then. I decided to stay and happy with the new manager. Magda actually cares.
Great place to store your things. Magda the manager is awesome. Makes you feel welcome and helps with anything you need. Very professional!
I had used this facility since 2016 before it was purchased by StaxUp Storage. I was very pleased with this facility but I had moved further away and needed to relocate my storage unit closer to home (.8 mile). While this is an older facility the new StaxUp Storage ownership and the exceptional manager have made TREMENDOUS improvements since taking over and that is why I am giving it 5 Stars. Even on my way out the employee in the office could not have been nicer, more professional or helpful.
Chris and Magdalena are great. They're genuine and professional. They're also very understanding. Communication with them is key. They let you know what is best for you. YOU just have to act on their suggestions. I've been here for 3 years now and I'd say their operation is the smoothest and friendliest.
I've been a customer at the point loma location for over 10 years and I've liked the changes made to the company since the purchase. Easier to pay and more ways to pay, Magda has been awesome giving me reminder calls literally needed that.
