I had an outstanding experience at StaxUP Storage, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Magda. She was incredibly helpful and could not have been any kinder. Chris and Magdalena are great. They're genuine and professional. They're also very understanding. Communication with them is key. They let you know what is best for you. YOU just have to act on their suggestions. I've been here for 3 years now and I'd say their operation is the smoothest and friendliest.
I've been a customer at the point loma location for over 10 years and I've liked the changes made to the company since the purchase. Easier to pay and more ways to pay, Magda has been awesome giving me reminder calls literally needed that.
Customer service was excellent. I was helped by one of the workers named Magda she helped show me my unit, knew what she was talking about, explained the process carefully. Storage unit was clean. They did a great job !!!
