I've had a unit here for over a year and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The price was lower than other places I checked into in the area. The staff is always very courteous and respectful.

highly recommend this facility. Clean property and has a wide variety of sizes of units. conveniently located just off rosecrans st the management is courteous and helpful in trying to accommodate users in all their needs. convenient hours and plenty of parking available.

The best storage facility I have had the pleasure to rent a unit from. I currently store my business' merchandise here and I rest easy knowing that it is safe and secure. Aside from having the lowest monthly prices around, the staff is the friendliest and most helpful bunch you will meet. The facility always opens on time, is always clean and the halls are nice and wide which makes moving your stuff in and out a breeze.

I wrote to these dirt bags about how people steal your most important things when they bid and win your things. I was referring to videos I lost with my mother. Nothing of value for those scum. I had gotten disabled and was bedridden. Lost all my stuff. I had remembered reading about how these thieves should save such things. I asked this company about this. This storage offer sub standard service. They open and close when ever they feel like. 90% of their clientele are drug addicts homeless with mental health issues..some are violent. Due to their erratic schedule if you gonna go to your storage on a daily or weekly basis this is not a storage for you. Poor customer service and the new owner is an incompetent buisness lady who only cares about your due payment day. They never close the 1st 11 days because client rent is due on any of those 11 days..after those 11 day it's a hit... read more

This is one of the worst business ever! I took over a friends storage and I paid the rent for same! I was allowed to store my items and they allowed me to do so! Christine and Joe were amenable with the arrangement. Christine is the culprit here, not Joe. All of a sudden I was not allowed in, I had a brand new full length mink coat in that unit along with several expensive items that I inherited from my deceased mother and Christmas gifts for my grandchildren! This place has been nothing but great exceptional the people here are awesome the owner that everybody that works here is a very good place I love it I couldn't get enough of this place Joe is one of the best workers here so is the lady in front she's awesome too

This place is facing a huge precedence in false advertising and will owe big bucks! Buyer beware! Do not rent here! The gentleman who answered the phone was trying. You could tell this is his 1st job, not yet gone to college with a limited vocabulary. He just didn't know anything but what they let him say.
