This is one of the worst business ever! I took over a friends storage and I paid the rent for same! I was allowed to store my items and they allowed me to do so! Christine and Joe were amenable with the arrangement. Christine is the culprit here, not Joe. All of a sudden I was not allowed in, I had a brand new full length mink coat in that unit along with several expensive items that I inherited from my deceased mother and Christmas gifts for my grandchildren! This place has been nothing but great exceptional the people here are awesome the owner that everybody that works here is a very good place I love it I couldn't get enough of this place Joe is one of the best workers here so is the lady in front she's awesome too

This place is facing a huge precedence in false advertising and will owe big bucks! Buyer beware! Do not rent here! The gentleman who answered the phone was trying. You could tell this is his 1st job, not yet gone to college with a limited vocabulary. He just didn't know anything but what they let him say. He finally says, I can't and just hands the phone to a lady with the same limitations but knew how to scam. This a bait and switch. Carla helped me set up my account so quickly and was extremely helpful. No elevators, but the price was right. This location seems well-run and makes me feel it's a safe place.

This business is a joke. They decided to auction my things because I was 15 days behind due to hospitalization. Way to go secure self storage on Rosecrans in San Diego. People go somewhere else for your storage needs.

I had a great experience with Brian ! Was so helpful when ever I needed something or had questions about my unit .. he was always able to Make my experience easy and safe and affordable! Clean space safe and secure ! Bathroom available and just great staff. Definitely recommend to store your personal belongings!

The manager here is very rude. He's never in the office, he is always out and about doing who knows what. Don't even get me started on KAYLA she is so so rude. Very unprofessional storage place, stay way!

This is a 5 Star Storage Facility. Joe is all business & is 5 Star for that. I have had learned the ropes from him . He is a cool dude. Hours are 8am -5:30pm. The name speaks volumes for itself . SECURE SELF STORAGE is exactly what property owners want .

not only safe and secure , nice and clean , helpful employees . also close to trains, planes, and buss terminal . easy access and two elevators ....... if you need a place this is it !!!
