Carla helped me set up my account so quickly and was extremely helpful. No elevators, but the price was right. This location seems well-run and makes me feel it's a safe place.
This business is a joke. They decided to auction my things because I was 15 days behind due to hospitalization. Way to go secure self storage on Rosecrans in San Diego. People go somewhere else for your storage needs.
I had a great experience with Brian ! Was so helpful when ever I needed something or had questions about my unit .. he was always able to Make my experience easy and safe and affordable! Clean space safe and secure ! Bathroom available and just great staff. Definitely recommend to store your personal belongings!
The manager here is very rude. He's never in the office, he is always out and about doing who knows what. Don't even get me started on KAYLA she is so so rude. Very unprofessional storage place, stay way!
This is a 5 Star Storage Facility. Joe is all business & is 5 Star for that. I have had learned the ropes from him . He is a cool dude. Hours are 8am -5:30pm. The name speaks volumes for itself . SECURE SELF STORAGE is exactly what property owners want .
not only safe and secure , nice and clean , helpful employees . also close to trains, planes, and buss terminal . easy access and two elevators ....... if you need a place this is it !!!
I have been at this storage Facility for over 3 years and must say this is a reliable and convenient facility. Located close to Old Town and across from the commuter station its very convenient. I started out with a smaller unit and moved up when I needed more space. As a veteran I must say that the Old Man is very professional and he takes the time to say hello to you and help you with any storage questions you have. I've had a storage unit here for about 7 months now and the staff is absolutely great. I recently had an issue with the unit next to me being infested with roaches and as a result the critters were making their way to my unit. As soon as the staff was aware of the problem it was fixed immediately and I haven't seen a single bug since then. The staff is awesome and super nice (Janet in particular is always happy and very helpful) I highly recommend secure self storage not to mention you get a great deal
These guys are great. The place is clean and secure. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 big elevators and lots of dollies.
