Lost a lot of money over a stupid padlock. place is dirty and old, price is not bad.
Whenever I'm in need of a storage unit I always come here. I would say it's about my third time storing with them and I've never had a problem. The staff is very friendly, and the units are fairly priced. Also the units seem to be larger and cheaper than other Storage facilities I have used in the past. As a bonus they offer half off your fist month, and award you for each referral. If you looking for a spacious, low cost storage unit I would highly recommend this place.
In needing to rent a storage unit for just a few weeks I talked to the manager letting her know that it was only to store some of my children's Christmas gifts. She not only understood but she also gave me a really great week. She even allowed us to store my daughter's utv. She told me that if I ever needed it again just to come and talk to her. I've been using the same place, For year's decent rates. Clean facilities. Friendly staff . When u need storage this is the place I recommend. .
My husband and I have rented a unit for about five years. We feel very comfortable knowing that our items are safe and secure here. We are in the military, and are always coming and going, so it's nice to know that Secure Self Storage takes good care of our belongings while we are away. Highly recommend them!
The g'day I choose secure self as my storage was the best day I have had since I needed a place that was clean safe and didn't cost a lot that what they are.

Showed up 2 minutes before their opening time and the manager was outside. I asked him if myself and the other two people could come in, he said no. Which was fine, aggravating but no big deal, they open at 8 I will wait until 8. So then he goes inside and left the gate locked until 8:10... What Jerks. Add this to the dirty, badly lighted, smells like urine facility, and you will see why another storage facility might be a better choice. Keep this in mind when choosing a storage facility.
I had my padlock cut here and an item stolen. I was not contacted to say my padlock had been cut. When I went to my storage unit to put something in it, I noticed that the owner of Secure Self Storage had put one of their locks on my unit. When I asked them when they had put that lock on my unit they could not give me an answer. I'm not saying they had stolen something out of my unit but they sure did help hide whoever did.
