Stephan Hester made our mortgage experience smooth and easy both before and after our securing the loan. Before, he advised us as to what we could afford, and later, after we had received an unexpected inheritance, gave us information and advice as to how that affected our plans. Neither of us is tech savvy, but Stephan was clear and patient every step of the way, always ending the call with a cheerful, "Just give me a call if you need anything!"
