This is the second home Steve sold for me, and if I sold a third in Los Angeles, he's who I'd use again! That should say it all. This most recent property was a co-op, which is harder to sell, since people are less familiar with what that means. Steve truly understood how to market a co-op, and how to explain the pros vs the cons. He staged it for me, handled everything, and was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. I felt supported throughout the process. I highly recommend.
