I drove over 1.5 hrs when my local dealer is about 30 min away because I could get service in a reasonable time frame with a Volvo loaner. This made having my car in service for a week worth the wait.

Service scheduled conveniently, completed on time and transportation offered. Dedicated Service advisor Greg was, as always, professional, personable and accomodating. Complimentary hand wash, excellent eaiting area and beverage / snack station was excellent and appropriate for a premium brand.

Could not have been happier! We were in Greenville and out of town. My battery decided to die but it was well over the expiration date. Steve White VW was only 1.5 miles away.
