My initial impressions of Steve White Audi service department was very good, as no one acknowledged my presence until I exited my vehicle and walked inside...at 5 pm. Mind you, closing was at 7 pm. Then was told, I would have to wait until the following day get anyone to look at my vehicle. But he did ask if would like to make an appointment, which I done, after finding a hotel. But it was all different the next morning when the doors opened and I was processed in. Diagnosis was made within 2 hours and repairs were completed... read more
