Loved my first experience at Steve White Volkswagen! My advisor, Ben, was stellar, as was the entire staff in the Service Department. The car was brought to the front for me, AND it was washed!!! Everyone was very professional. My only criticism is that I had a 3PM appointment for 2 rear tires to be replaced and an alignment. I waited for 3 hours. This impacted my clients that were expecting me that day. I should have been given a timeline of this visit, to prepare people waiting for me.

Hunter is the nicest guy ever- works like a dog. Didn't give 5 stars because I had an appointment and it took two hours. You need more people working the weekend- Hunter can't do it all
