Always very friendly- wish you wait room was a bit larger though . Saturdays it's standing room only
The setting of appointments, and the concierge service where they come to your house to get the vehicle was, as usual, outstanding. This service visit was 60K miles maintenance and a new key fob. The cost of the 60K service was $1500, which seems excessive based on the list of performed service checks. The cost of a new key fob was almost $800, again, an excessively high price.The key fob was delivered without a spare door key inserted. They said they would mail it.
