Leakage from sunroof was to be fixed under class action claim settlement terms. Audi gave me as loaner brand new Audi of same model as mine. I was informed continuously on progress of the work as it took more time to get all parts needed for repair. Job well done and my car looks like new.

All went well with my visit
We experienced a problem while on the road which required us to quickly pull off the road and call the service department. Greg was very helpful is providing guidance on obtaining a tow from roadside assistance. The dealership had a loaner vehicle waiting for us upon arrival at the dealership and got us back on the road quickly. They continued to update us on the status of repairs and completed the needed repairs in a timely fashion. Well done!
