Didn't plan this stop, but Alex Bright at Steve White was very courteous, knowledgeable and empathic towards the customer. Had no problem staying open longer than the standard service department. Laid out educated options and estimates (cost and time required). Kept me up to date during the process and overall while a financial painful (not their fault) experience, they ensured to lower the emotional impact.
