Great buying experience. Bought my 4th Volkswagen for our family there. We are very happy with Steve White and their services.
Facility is nice and clean. Prices are high for oil change but that's a VW thing. 5 stars!
Steve White wasn't my first choice, because they are 160 miles away. However, my VW dealer {shout out to Harper, they are great, too) is not qualified for high voltage recalls/repair. Also, the next closer VW dealer in Chattanooga is booking in June 2024. My car was BROKEN! Steve White took the assignment from VW Regional Support, who arraigned transport from my home to Greenville DC. My 2018 RS5 had an oil leak. Unfortunately, I was a few months out of warranty. The Service Manger worked with me on the repair cost, however. Overall, I feel I was treated fairly. Good communication throughout. They did a nice job making a tough situation as pleasant as possible.

Very nice and clean facilities. Work was performed as discussed. No upcharges when we picked up the car. Work performed in a timely manner. Heck, they even washed the car as the attendant brought the car up to us.
The service department here was very good. They took care of my issues and were very professional.
