Professional, efficient, punctual, friendly. The repair of a manufacturing flaw was quoted at a much too expensive cost.
Service was great. Tyler Zoltewicz was super helpful. He communicated regularly while my car was being serviced and was helpful with some advice on CarPlay as well.

Handled well. Kal Summerfield should get 7 stars. A6 hybrid generator gave out while driving to Florida from North Carolina. Towed to Audi Greenville. Kal was on top of everything. Repairs were done under warranty as well as my 40K service. My A6 is waiting to be shipped to Audi Tampa. Kal will notify me when this is done.

We take our 2017 VW Touareg to Steve White VW for all maintenance. Our battery died and they replaced it promptly when called.
They have been the primary service provider since I purchased my 2019 Q8 new in FL. I have had consistently great results. If I buy another Q8 early next year it will be from this dealer primarily due to my service experience and specifically Hunter Ennius who has been my Service Advisor throughout.
Great service, very friendly, and nice waiting area.
