Actually it was a very pleasurable expirence. Entire staff was Knowledgable, Professional, Friendly and always available 24/7. We bought a house several states away which was no issue. Even after closing I was still supported in dealing with utility companies. After speaking with them numerous times, I wish I could meet them in person. Like Family.

Home refinance made easy. The whole process took a little over a month from initial contact to funds in the bank. The longest part was waiting for the VA appraiser to do his thing.
