My experience with the refinance process was excellent from start to finish. Communication was consistent throughout, and they kept me informed about exactly what I did and did not need to provide. The DocuSign process also made completing the paperwork extremely easy and convenient. One thing I especially appreciated was being given the specific phone numbers that legitimate calls would be coming from.
