Carletta is super kind and very helpful. She’s friendly, easy to reach, and helps with any Stinky Pinky related questions. Great costumer service overall! Stinky Pinky Trash & Septic Services does a great job. My trash cans are always cleaned out and picked up on time. However, If they can’t pick up my trash due to inclement weather, they send a text to let me know, which I really appreciate. The service is quick, reliable, and worth it. I definitely recommend them!

Due to the current snow conditions, our forklift drivers were unable to go out and move the trash cans as they normally would. Kevin truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He went out of his way to move the trash cans for us here at Rusken Packaging. It genuinely warms our hearts to know there are still people who care enough to go the extra mile for their customers!!!

Had some problems with pick up a while back but now pretty consistent. However, communication is awful. I never know when they are having schedule changes and nowhere on their voicemail or website does it give info as to service delays and when to expect the next pick up. I’m from Colorado and the trash service there always went out emails when trash pick up was delayed because of weather or holiday and they were clear as to when the next pick up would be. I just got off the phone with Carletta from Stinky Pinky in Clarksville regarding a new trash can and she was so respectful and helpful! They have been our trash service for the last 4 years and the garbage men are always in a great mood when they come by and always working so hard even when we have a ton of trash. If you are looking for a good disposal company there’s no one better out there than Stinky Pinky!
