Shout out to Carletta! You are awesome. I was in the hospital recently and tried to pay my bill online, but it would not work.. Carletta took my payment over the phone and called the crew to make sure they picked up my garbage today, instead of next week. Awesome, friendly customer service. I wish other companies in my area were half as good as you guys! Thanks again, I will definitely be recommending Stinky Pinky to friends and neighbors.

Carletta is wonderful and super friendly! I’ve been with stinky pinky for years and I’ll never forget when the driver saw me desperately dragging my trash can to the curb hoping I hadn’t missed it and turned around to come collect it. They also stopped when trash fell out and picked it up. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Today, January 15, 2026, I stopped by the shop to start a new service and get a trash can. Carletta Merritt was a pleasure to work with and very helpful when it came to getting my service started.
