Kevin P in Clarksville truck 98214 very good and professional when dumping to dumpster at Apria health care 2292 Raleigh ct sometimes we van in the way he never complained and give us time to remove and not just leave like are previous dump company even takes time to pick up trash if it falls out while he dumping very good nice guy!

Well, I’m glad to see others have had good service recently. I’m not sure how it’s possible. We have been with Stinky Pinky for years and until recently always had great service all around. As far as having our garbage picked up, always excellent. However, we started having more issues all around more recently. First of all, billing is set up to come out automatically, but it doesn’t. Missed trash pick up due to weather, understandable. They send text that they’ll pick up on next scheduled pick up, they didn’t. No text no call stating they weren’t picking up. Call to ask why was told they’d look into it, here we are 2 days later no phone call and trash still not pick up. Horrible customer service and wondering what I’m paying for.

I spoke to Leslie today, she was very helpful and very polite. She was easily able to take care of what I needed.
We have to call them every month at least once because they will drive right by my house and not pick up my trash, when they can clearly see it by the road. When I do call them, they tell me they will send someone out the next day to pick it up and still no one shows and my trash will just pile up looking nasty.

Unfortunately, our experience with Stinky Pinky Trash Services was disappointing. Pickup times were inconsistent, and after arranging and paying for service, several days passed with conflicting information about whether trash had been collected. Our bins remained out for days with no resolution. Communication with the office staff was also unprofessional and unclear. Due to the lack of reliability and poor communication, we would not recommend this company.
