Shout out to Carletta! You are awesome. I was in the hospital recently and tried to pay my bill online, but it would not work.. Carletta took my payment over the phone and called the crew to make sure they picked up my garbage today, instead of next week. Awesome, friendly customer service. Carletta is wonderful and super friendly! I’ve been with stinky pinky for years and I’ll never forget when the driver saw me desperately dragging my trash can to the curb hoping I hadn’t missed it and turned around to come collect it. They also stopped when trash fell out and picked it up. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
