We chose Stonefield Assisted Living and Memory Care because I was very impressed with their staff members and the overall facility. You can tell that the staff members care, they are very good with communication with us and always keep us in the loop. The administration and the directors all have a ton of experience and have worked together as a team for over a decade. They are AWESOME. Overall we have had a great experience here and would definitely recommend to others.
the staff really cares about the residence, and The office staff is not afraid to come out of the office and get involved, It's like a family here. We have a chef and they really have great food I would definitely recommend this community to others.
We moved my mom into Stonefield 2 months ago. She was falling quite a bit and needed more assistance. I researched multiple assisted living facilities and choose Stonefield. We have been SUPER happy with our choice. My mom is not falling and have noticed she is doing better. She comments all the time how nice everyone is and every time we have called the staff has been very helpful. When I call my mom she also comments on how good the food is with the best desserts! Great place!
They were extremely patient with my mom and they with out of their way to help me when problems arose. We chose this community because when Ii visited there, I liked the way it looked, it was convenient to my house, and the staff were very nice The food was great and they offered a variety. i would recommend this community to other families.
i recently toured 6 different facilities for my mother and i picked Stonefield AL because it is run by a very caring group and the facility is amazing. Every time you walk in it smells amazing and the decor is very beautiful. All of the workers work very hard and seem to really care about each person. Stonefield Assisted Living & Memory Care is top-notch. Both my mother & father live at Stonefield. We were in a different facility for several months and there is such a positive difference at Stonefield! The knowledgeable, professional, caring & loving staff & caregivers are already becoming a part of our family. We feel confident 24/7 that our parents are safe and well taken care of! So grateful and blessed to be part of Stonefield!??
My Mother-in-Law is in the Memory Care unit at Stonefield, 2701 Alma Rd. in McKinney, Tx. We've never had a concern about her well being there. The memory care director, [name removed], is wonderful. She is kind, knowledgeable, fair, safe, and a wonderful Christian lady. I've never known of a resident, their family, or a worker that did not love Susie. We like this community for care. We like that they contact me if there are any changes. The community is clean and the staff is nice. They offer a good variety of meals. They do have activities for the residents who are able to participate. I would recommend this community for the care of a loved one
I toured this community for my friend, and her needs. At the time we were looking into hospice care for her. Our tour of this community went well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. From what we were shown the community looked nice. They were informative, and answered our questions. Our situation did get better, and we did find a better fit for her, and her needs. However our tour of this community was a good one overall.
