Best City in DFW and best Apartment Complex in Grapevine Hi I know you'll read a lot of these before you'll make your decision but trust me this is 3 blocks from Main Street the Hub of action for the area filled with pubs, excellent restaurants and wineries as well....there are movies ,plays ,concerts festivals all within walking distance. But who cares if the apartments are not worth it....you have to come home sometime....yes....Well my top three are maintenance, location and cleanliness of Suites and surroundings. Outstanding Living Environment! Stoneledge apartments and staff are well above what you'd come to expect. Whether you need immediate service done or if you have a question, you will have someone who is part of the staff taking care of you. The grounds are always kept in extremely good condition along with the pool. It is also nice having the option to get a car port, or garage, both of which are still kept inside of the gated community we have. Could be a great place if I’ve been at Stone ledge for a little over a year. Initially it was great but as time went by, it just keeps going down hill. You are being charged for a “gated community “ yet the gates have been broken for months and the one in the back by turner road has been working on and off ( more off than on) for over a year and now officially dead. There’s dog poop everywhere especially around building 3 and it hasn’t changed in over a year. Now we have stray cats that people are feeding. On the positive si... read more
NOISY! Late night pool parties with heavy drinking. People from neighboring apartments crowding the pool and being noisy. Walls are paper thin in some units. Management wasn’t helpful in resolutions.

Rent is too... (Verified Renter) Rent is too high for what you get. I’m paying practically a mortgage for a 1 bdrm, 1 bath, no garage apartment. Parking his horrible. Then, rent goes up significantly when you renew.
