The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason I would not jump at recommending this community is because its really difficult to feel comfortable when you feel unwelcome because of your children. I have had enough negative experiences that I would not recommend a long lease to friends or relatives with children. Now for my parents or single friends...absolutely!
