Rent is too... (Verified Renter) Rent is too high for what you get. I’m paying practically a mortgage for a 1 bdrm, 1 bath, no garage apartment. Parking his horrible. Then, rent goes up significantly when you renew.

(Verified Renter) The only reason I would not jump at recommending this community is because its really difficult to feel comfortable when you feel unwelcome because of your children. I have had enough negative experiences that I would not recommend a long lease to friends or relatives with children. Now for my parents or single friends...absolutely!
