I have rented 2 storage units at this location in Cedar Park, TX, three times, in Sept 1996, Aug 2003 and I currently have 2 units rented since Sept 2018. Overall, I definitely recommend this business for future renters. I would've rated a 5 but I had difficulties changing my address online as well as in person. I made a special trip to do this today, at 5:00, on 11-19-19. This is the worst storage unit known to man infested with rats and terrible customer service.
My husband and I were tenants here for two and a half years. The staff had always been very helpful and kind. We never had any problems with our climate control storage unit. When we went to move out of our outdoor unit (after the purchase of our home) we discovered that it had been completely destroyed by rodents. There was urine and feces everywhere. I immediately called the office. They were very helpful and assured not to worry that we had their "Protection Plan" with up to $3,000 in coverages. The manager emailed me the... read more
Very friendly staff. Explained how the rental works, etc. Good to know since I've never had a storage unit before. I feel like the price was very fair for the size I needed.

Staff very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. Easy payment process and good size units. There is good access and security. I love climate control atmosphere. I would recommend this facility.

The customer service was a 10/10 , clean space, went out of their way to show me the different sizes they have with no hesitation even when it did start raining! The space was clean and very welcoming! I've never felt more of "homey" and a "best friend" vibe from a storage place like this one and trust me I've had PLENTY of storage units. And the prices here?! So reasonable!! It's easy access, not a maze or hard to get through! Will recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a storage unit! YALL ARE AMAZING!!
