Dave, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic, the rooms were spacious and easy to get to. Prices were fair as well and very centrally located for people in crystal falls area. This place is secure, clean, and support is great. Dave is extremely nice, and gets everything you need done. Will definitely use this place again. I have rented about 5 units here in the past year, and will definitely come back.
Avoid this place! Management is in disarray. They've caused me plenty of stress in the short while that I stored my belongings there. There was an issue with auto pay on there end, yet they still charged me late fees and refused to remove them from the account. It's impossible to get a live person when you call. If you leave a message no one will call you back. Upon leaving they charged me an additional months rent despite giving proper notice. I reserved a unit here through selfstorage.com they had a great deal going on. I showed up to fill out my paperwork the very same day and it was a breeze. The staff was very nice! There was a problem with our code that set us back a few days in our moving process but Julie was super accommodating and helpful. I would just suggest that you make sure your code works before leaving the property. We're so glad we chose Water Tower Storage!
Both Patrick and David are extremely helpful and very nice. They worked with me to find the appropriate unit and even were out there to help move one big item into the unit for me. I had a little problem setting up the online payment through their website -- just had to call the office to find the right location name to post the payment. My first payment was paid through their phone payment service so we will see how the online payment works next month.
After my first 15 days I was locked out of my unit because the office staff didn't properly put in my automatic withdrawal information correctly costing my business $160.00 in lost wages equvilant to my months rent.
The front office staff was pleasant enough, but I didn't like beibg required to purchase their insurance plan. That is what my Homeowner's insurance is for. Then they failed to enter my autodraft in their records so i received a phone call saying my rent was past due. I then had to go by to pay and resign the auto pay form. Next month I received a call saying my card declined, this time because they entered my card number in wrong.
