Just moved in and so far this is the best storage place I have ever had. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with the lock the manager came out and helped me with it right away. It is super convenient for me, clean, a good deal and it is very easy to get in and out of the facility. I highly recommend Direct Storage.

We have been here years and absolutely no issues with our unit. The only complaint is the pricing. Prices have gone up and with long lasting tenants you'd think it would be more reasonable. That's my biggest issue and the cost isn't worth it any longer and hasn't been for a long while but I'm stuck because of the items needing storage. If cost isn't an option then your golden, if price matters then beware if you plan on staying.

I love the ease of getting to my unit. It is on the outside which makes it easy to pull right up to it and unload. The people in the office are great and helpful. I will always rent storage from them.

It's always clean, I appreciate when they call me to let me know that I left my unit open, it's on my way to everything, and it's close to home. I really recommend this business...

I thought this place was convenient to get to. It is fairly easy to get in and out of the facility. Turning around can be a little tight. Most storage facilities are. The manager seems to be on top of things if there is a problem. She was headed out when I had problem with the building access and she stopped what she was doing and took care of it right away. Been renting here about a year with no serious issues other than the fact their insurance, which they charge you $12 a month for, is absolutely useless. They mounted the sign explaining it high up on a wall where you dont really see it. It basically says that regardless of what happens, you won't be covered. That $12 fee you pay every single month is just another way to get more money from you. The on-site Mgr David is terrible. He lacks the ability to do his job. He is rude and acts like he is god. I should of taken to the bad reviews a little more serious. Beware of this individual.

This is the worst facility. I have been trying for weeks to get my billing taken care of. I have stopped by the office during normal business, the door is locked and no one seems to be there. I have. Asked and no one answers. I have even called the corporate number, they have taken a message and said that the manager would call me...he doesn't. Now I'm afraid they are going to get riding my stuff because they don't work.

Check out my update!! This is without question the WORST storage facility that I have ever in all my long years used. If you want to have a migraine and be lied to continuously this is your spot. Otherwise, I'd keep lookin UPDATE- I was contacted by a woman in the main office. Though I think it could and should have been able to fix the main issue with the unit.
