I'm not happy at all with the access hours. Horrible hours specially in the summer when you are trying to access your unit in the extreme heat. We should have access at least until 8 or 9 pm. Whenever I go to my unit the staff is so nosy they drive by in their little cart just staring. Makes you feel uncomfortable like you are doing something wrong when you are not. At first they give a good price but a few months later will raise the fee for no reason. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

The people who work this office are horrible at communicating accurate information. Every time I have called in I get completely different information and get attitude when I try to explain to them what they previously had stated in a prior call. Overall horrible experience

Such great and helpful staff. Went in there asking questions and to view different size storages and they were very kind to do all above. Such a great experience. Totally recommend:)

As a business owner, I am one to be very critical of customer service. I received superior customer service at this facility upon arrival to departure. I have rented from many Storage units over the past 20 yrs and I must say this is by far the best. Very professional and friendly staff. Antonio is always available to answer any questions in regards the units and the two front officer girls also very helpful when helping me select multiple units.

Originally, I was at another location and although they did have the size I was looking for (available), Brenda also informed me they had an additional location down the street if I wanted more options. It turned out, I liked this location even better and it was a better price. I thoroughly appreciated Brenda's professionalism and grace with ALL the questions I had. Storage direct is the first storage place I've ever used and let me say it's been a great three years. It's clean for one there no trash laying around out side that renters leave. Antonio in the office is awesome as well. He's keeps the communication open via phone or email. He stays on top of the receipts to make sure I have mine. Very respectful.
