Easy online account set up and good follow up. Manager at the front was very helpful and quick. Recommend using this storage.
Storage direct is the first storage place I've ever used and let me say it's been a great three years. It's clean for one there no trash laying around out side that renters leave. Antonio in the office is awesome as well. He's keeps the communication open via phone or email. He stays on top of the receipts to make sure I have mine. Very respectful. Antonio at Storage Direct was very helpful and friendly and the property is very clean.
Storage units are pretty much the same but this storage facility sets itself apart in at least 2 ways. #1 The units are clean and well-constructed. The roll-up doors work. The door latching mechanisms are secure and are designed to discourage break-in attempts. The general grounds are also secure and clean, despite the convenient location being walking distance from downtown and transportation centers. The whole vibe of this place makes me feel safe. I have been calling every month about canceling my unit . I have signed a release form and yet every month I'm getting charged. I have recommended this place two years ago I definitely don't recommend it now.
Unfortunately this facility did not have to right size unit I needed for my belongings but I am leaving this review because of what I observed...this has to be one of the cleanest priorities I have visited! Whatever they do here other storage companies need to follow suit! Also the young black man who works there... Antonio, very sweet and helpful, he really Tried to help me, usually storages places the workers don't really care but this gentleman did. Thank you Antonio and keep up the good work!
Came to pick up a couple units we purchased at an auction and the employee on site (younger African American guy) was extremely rude and began accusing us of peeing on the grounds. Lol. Weirdest guy I've ever met. You can tell that he has way too much time on his hands. Don't bother coming here cause the "employee of the month" might be having a bad day.
Horrible service.. I reserved a a unit just yesterday I called today ahead of time to let them know i was going and she said my reservation does not guarantee my hold on the unit which makes no sense.. how was there a move in special yesterday & I got a email confirmation to confirm it & today there is none.. the lady I spoke to was so rude & acted like she didn't know anything.. get your shit together!
