Horrible customer service. I have a storage unit here and paid a year in advance cash. Few months later I get some letter saying they are going to increase the rent for the unit?? I tried calling several times and even left voicemails to inquire about these charges but never heard back. So today 8/31 I drove all the way here at 2:40 and no one is here. I went in to check out the place in person because I kept getting a referral service on the phone. The truck that they advertise on the internet is now sold. So why not take the truck down so you don't mislead people? Then I was given a rate of $110 for a 10x15 unit. I asked what happened to the $99 10x15 unit... "Oh that one has a broken door." Wow, strike two. Not impressed by this place at all.
The staff is great! Roy was awesome and went over exact detail and clearly explained everything. He helped me get the bedt deal possible and understood my situation. thank you
