I have been calling every month about canceling my unit . I have signed a release form and yet every month I'm getting charged. I have recommended this place two years ago I definitely don't recommend it now.

Unfortunately this facility did not have to right size unit I needed for my belongings but I am leaving this review because of what I observed...this has to be one of the cleanest priorities I have visited! Whatever they do here other storage companies need to follow suit! Also the young black man who works there... Antonio, very sweet and helpful, he really Tried to help me, usually storages places the workers don't really care but this gentleman did. Thank you Antonio and keep up the good work!

Came to pick up a couple units we purchased at an auction and the employee on site (younger African American guy) was extremely rude and began accusing us of peeing on the grounds. Lol. Weirdest guy I've ever met. You can tell that he has way too much time on his hands. Don't bother coming here cause the "employee of the month" might be having a bad day.

Horrible service.. I reserved a a unit just yesterday I called today ahead of time to let them know i was going and she said my reservation does not guarantee my hold on the unit which makes no sense.. how was there a move in special yesterday & I got a email confirmation to confirm it & today there is none.. the lady I spoke to was so rude & acted like she didn't know anything.. get your shit together!

Specials are offered on select units and subject to change, but your reservation email will confirm the special you've locked in. Horrible customer service. I have a storage unit here and paid a year in advance cash. Few months later I get some letter saying they are going to increase the rent for the unit?? I tried calling several times and even left voicemails to inquire about these charges but never heard back. So today 8/31 I drove all the way here at 2:40 and no one is here. Royce was very helpful and kind. He truly knows how to make you feel welcome and answer all questions. From the moment I walked in he made an effort to accommodate all of our needs. Their prices are amazing and reasonable. Everyone should use this company. So glad we found them for our long term storage needs.
I went in to check out the place in person because I kept getting a referral service on the phone. The truck that they advertise on the internet is now sold. So why not take the truck down so you don't mislead people? Then I was given a rate of $110 for a 10x15 unit. I asked what happened to the $99 10x15 unit... "Oh that one has a broken door." Wow, strike two. Not impressed by this place at all.
