Mark is always friendly and helpful. When I told Mark the door to our unit difficult to open he explained that he would contact the company that repairs the doors, would get availabe times for the techs to come out, call us then schedule them. He did this f it in a timely manner and we were first on the list when they techs arrived. The techs were efficient and explained the works they did.

I've had a storage unit with Lockaway since 2015 and was looking to transfer to a larger unit. Mark was great! He took the time to go over and show me several units. He also informed me of current specials. Made my decision and transfer to the new unit extremely easy. Thanks again Mark!
