I absolutely love this place!!!! It is super clean, and no bugs or rats. Ralphie is so amazing, she goes out of her way to help you as much as she can. I would and have referred a friend. ;)

Just wanted to let you know that the Carmel Storage Pro “Team “ is amazing !! Monica is the manager and she made sure I had a great experience with using the facility. Monica has a great personality and answers all questions very quickly. The storage units are very easy to get in and out of, there is great security, it’s climate controlled in many of the units and Karen who works there is very efficient. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you Anthony J

Joseph is a very easy going manager , he explains all the in's and out's of the storage. It was quick and painless process to get the move in, I like that he called a few time to make sure our needs were met. Communication was key! Thank you so much for making it easy!!! I do like the facility because its not on a main street and the facility clean and quite.

I’ve been with mini max /pro storage for many years often on.Manager Laurie makes everything runs so smooth, and it’s the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever been in. There prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely a five star rated storage facility. Sincerely happy customer Mary😊🌈❤️

They had great customer service and the facility was very clean. I was in and out pretty quickly. And they were able to work with me about my work schedule.
