Great storage, great prices! Cody at the front desk was instrumental in facilitating my rental of 2 units. She went out of her way to help me get the units i needed at the best prices possible. Way better customer service and prices than Extra Space Storage. Cody is the best customer service rep. Ive encountered and deserves recognition and thanks for all she does here. Without her i would still be paying 3x as much rent at Extra Space. Thanks Cody!! Lots of love to you!!

The staff is always there when needed. Had no problems with anyone here. They are always friendly even though they might incounter rude customers. Very professional and very secured storage units. I would recommend too store your things here. Thank for the friendly experience.

I rented a space from Marina UStore for 3 years. I found it to be a very good experience. The manager and office staff were polite and helpful. The store facility is clean and well stocked with items that you might need. I highly recommend it.

Josephine is a rockstar at Storage Pro Redwood City. She is personable, kind and treats her customers like family. The grounds are immaculate and she is always there to answer a question or help with any issue. I am a cafr club member and tell all of our members to call her for vehicle strorage. I have been renting from Storage Pro for several years, and prior to Josephine managing the place, it was just so-so; but now it’s the best, Josephine has changed everything. She’s an extremely hard worker, she’s always doing something around the property. She keeps it very clean + she’s very helpful, she’s concerned about any needs you have …just the best customer service you could ask for. Josephine makes this a 5 star facility with all her help, knowledge & kindness.
