I do not recommend this storage unit what so ever. I myself had a unit here years ago, and always had trouble one way or another - I should've known better and moved my senior mothers unit out of there when I did - but I didn't. We just went to close out her unit recently; and we were warned they had a rodent infestation... well to our surprise there was rat feces, urine and fur everywhere in her unit, I mean tons, then we found a dead rat INSIDE as well. I called them last week asking for a storage and I was told I could come the weekend coming up. They called me this morning and I confirmed I would be there in an hour. I went there and no one was there. I called and the lady said she will be there to help me in 10 min. I waited for 20 min and when I went inside the lady at the front desk was super rude to me. I would not recommend this place at all.

Storage Direct was great. They run a clean, helpful and honest business. No surprises. No unexpected charges. The staff has l consistently been helpful, kind and upfront. I never worried about my property while stored in their facility and they frequently do property checks for added security. It has been a pleasure to do business with you all! Thank you so much!
