Had a wonderful Experience with the 2 young ladies in the front office always very helpful And Providing wonderful assistance as always. We called from southern CA and booked a storage unit. Kelly was extremely helpful. She stayed on the phone with us as we did the contract online. Provided all the information for access. Called a couple days later to confirm the access to our unit since we were coming with a u-haul trailer. Very, very helpful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to get a storage unit from them, I made a reservation online and the lady inside wouldn't help us, and when I called to ask I physically watched her walk to the back and ignore my call.

Ok people like I said I did the correct thing at this time I paid 304.00 see picture for this rat infested storage they charged me rent and late fees to store the rodent infested and water s Damaged property in storage unit 171. Do you think this is correct? Talk to me

Today we helped dear friends who have to move out of state to care for their sick mother. After packing a large truck in 100 degree heat for over 3 hours, my husband respectfully asked if someone in the office could open the gate so we could leave. Leo, who called himself the manager said repeatedly "you can't keep doing this" and then called us "jerks". Who does that to their clients??? Unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional.

We do give all of our tenants a gate code for entry and exit to ensure only trusted tenants, and the people they know, are on the property. This is done in an effort to protect the safety of our tenant's belongings. We will review the camera footage to determine how we could have handled this situation better. We want to apologize for any misunderstanding as we never want our tenant's guests to feel unwelcome.
Over priced and understaffed the promise of a 24 surveillance or on site manager is a joke . The gate has been left open for hours overnight due to lack of on site mamager . The vehicle parking area is not viewable in cameras its a large blind spot . There are dead rats seen very often and also dead snakes on the premises.
