I have been a customer for a few months and initially loved this place. Affordable rate quality store and then today I go enter my storage and I'm denied i go in they tell me it's because my payment due. I had already spoke to someone and told them because of my payday I would be paying my bill on Friday. Today I was denied entry even to walk in and ran one item I needed for work today. I just recently moved my belongings out because of their harassing phone calls. I get paid on the 5th, your not late until the 10th. But the phone calls start on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. sometimes 3 times a day. Its the 2 married Managers that are doing the calling, harassment at its finest is what it is. I had enough and changed storages.

We also make priority notes on customer accounts if we know they don't want to be contacted until a certain date or not at all. I have rented storage unites in different cities, and this location and the staff here are clean, helpful and friendly. The rates are very fair for the area. I always enjoy friendly, honest and dedicated staff. I truly feel safe storing here.

CROOKS.....NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I called and inquired about renting a unit. I discussed with the manager that I'd be renting a truck on the following Saturday and moving in. Upon my arrival, rented truck in hand, packed full of my belongings, what do I see? A truck that says FREE with move in! I went right in, spoke to the very same manager and asked, 'why didn't you mention it on the phone". He said I don't know and try to not be upset" No apology at all. Unbelievable. Is it possible to give zero stars? We moved our belonging into a small unit at this facility without too much trouble. Then a few months later when we went back to grab some items we were horrified to find our unit covered in rat feces and urine. I immediately called the office line and emailed the manager. And these urgent requests for attention were addressed right away? No. They got back to me a day later. And the response was let's just say less than stellar.
