I have been with them a bit over 2 years and they are easy to work with and very professional. I have had a few different agents and they were all nice to work with. The latest agent was Brylee Helm and she was SUPERB!!! she always quickly respond to all my email/any questions. She was so helpful and I was very happy with her support. Unfortunately, I no longer need the service due to selling the property but, if I ever need management, I will use this company. Thank you for all your help!!! :)

I am a tenant at a managed property by Brewer and Stratton for 6 plus years. I must share how well Brylee Helm has responded to my concerns since she has been on board. She is amazing! She responds quickly and resolves the issue (I don't like to say problem). I have been an owner, a renter, etc. for many years and she's an outstanding representative of Brewer and Stratton.
