So our initial experience with Brewer and Stratton was pretty bad. We had to delay moving in by a week because they couldn't get the lease agreement together. Also, the place didn't meet our cleanliness standards and Brewer and Stratton agreed. Also, there was pending repair when we moved in that took several months to complete. Excellent property management company!!! I have worked with this company since 2017 (3 rentals) and have been totally satisfied. There is not a lot of turn over, so you have a manager you get to know and trust over time. My current property manager Brylee is the best. She is always pleasant, understanding, professional and competent. You are in good hand with Brewer and Stratton Property Management Company.

Luckily I haven't had to deal with anybody at B&S, simply because AJ Smith always takes care of everything related to my rental property. Quick response to tenant needs is key to keeping them and AJ is never lacking.
