Excellent service, fast maintenance (but the home was in such great condition it was hardly needed). The home was exactly, if not better than, pictured and extremely clean upon move in. BSPM has an easy to use app for tenants to use in paying rent, putting in for maintenance, etc. Luis was our PM and he was great.

Great service. My property manager, Elizabeth handles all the issues quickly and complete.All the rents are collected on time. New tenants are found quickly when needed. Overall I have been with Brewer Stratton for over 10 years. I highly recommend this company. Every employee is very helpful and competent
