It started poorly when I was told by 3 different people that they would let me know the issue within 2 - 2.5 hours. No call the whole day, so I waited over 24 hours before I contacted them just so I didn't come off as pushy, but that didn't seem to matter because the guy on the phone seemed agitated that I called anyway. Paid for a diagnostic. Over$200. No problem here. The issue turned out to be a relay and I was charged $80 labor to replace the relay. $80 for a 5 minute job? The ethical model would include a labor credit or prorate the labor to 5 minutes. It was not a true 30 minute job. Not a good experience. I ll be sure to dissuade potential customers from working with them.

Found shop online liked it was rated but didnt expect thw diagnostic was too pricey and repair suggestions priced several thousands over normal. Misleading if you claum to be fair pricing
I think that the price quoted was exorbitant. I could have purchased another car just like mine for the amount quoted , and it didn t even deal with the reason why the car was overheating. There was a fee to diagnose that problem. Even though it was supposed to be free quotes.
They misdiagnosed my vehicle. I trusted what they said after paying almost $150 to just have it checked out. They said I needed to replace my wiper motor for another chunk of money. Luckily I went to another mechanic who really looked at it and saw that it was actually the wiper links that were broken and needed to be replaced. The cost of the work done (oil change) was actually HIGHER than the rate quoted by a Lexus dealership. Similarly for the 90K service and shocks work I was quoted almost $800 more than I what I ended up paying to a dealership. People go to smaller shops because they are more competitively priced compared to dealers.
