First time using their service and was bit skeptical but nonetheless, they did a good job overall. Booking appointment online was simple. Quality of work was good. Faizen, tech did a good job diagnosing and resolving issue. Bella, front desk kept me up to date with status. What got me bit worried was initial parts ordered was incorrect but they corrected and got the correct part in right away. It took 2 days to have my vehicle issue resolved but you can't rush quality of performance if you want it done correctly.

Today, I had the factory scheduled maintenance (30k miles) for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and once again, I'm super satisfied with the service! They charged 3 times than regular price for flat tire... completely rip off..I had no choice to take it somewhere else as it was Sunday after noon..

First time I visited since they transitioned to Neighborhood Car Care. I had my 2015 Prius serviced - oil change and brake pad. So far I got the impression they were just as professional, responsive and honest as the previous owners. PLUS they got some new technology -- texting and emailing me reports and pics of my car. Convenient. So difficult to find an honest mechanic. So far so good! I'll keep you posted after my next visit.

Stress Free Auto Care was able to diagnose my simple electrical problem and repair it when Chevy dealer could not, and for a lot less money!

Excellent service, friendly staff, always finished when promised. Needed a few more things fixed and they were up front with cost. Made me feel safe drivmy 14 year old car.
