Everyone was very helpful, honest and upfront about the work and the prices. Once the part needed for my car repair was received, they got it done fast. I also really appreciated that there was a loaner car I was able to use. Issue: I dropped my car off to get looked at and to get an estimate on the repair needed. I was told that I would get a call within an hour, two tops to give me an update, so I waited in the area. After about 3 hours I finally called them and they had not even gotten to the car. Jason is the consummate professional and a master mechanic. I would recommend his shop to anyone seeking professional, reasonably priced expert work on their vehicle.
It took some time for diagnosis since computer was not responding but I am amazed Jason kept trying and finally found the fix. He is super mechanic hats off.
I felt that they were trying to maximize revenue. e.g. tire rotation even though the tires didn't need it, offering a carbon blast out for next visit.
Jason and team did excellent work!
