I received a coupon flyer in the mail for a synthetic oil change. I'm so happy that I decided to try them because the service was spectacular! I had great conversations with Shawn while my car was being serviced. He was very nice and even offered further incentives for a next visit. Needless to say I will be returning for future work.

Scheduled my car for Sunday morning appointment today replace a front headlight. Shawn and his team were prompt, professional and very efficient. Shawn even sent one of his team members to go and pick up the needed parts as there were no parts deliveries on Sunday. I didn't know that I could have brought my own part. I thought that was exceptional customer service as he could have asked me to return during the next week. I appreciate his valuing my time and helping me determine the needed part. Got my oil changed yesterday, and everybody was nice and transparent throughout the process. However, they aren't getting 5 stars because they rotated tires that weren't supposed to be rotated and I ended up having to comeback to get them switched back. my tires were smoking and everything, but it got resolved.

My Experience was great and the technicians have done a great job of pin pointing the issues and gave a time period of fixing the problem.
The service was outstanding!!! it was easy and literally STRESS FRESS!! Customer service was the best I've ever see.. I requested an oil change on my Nissan and got free extras what a great place. The cost was fair and better than most! THANKS STRESS FREE I'LL BE BACK
Sean was extremely helpful over the phone and was professional, prompt and honest with what the issue was with my vehicle. He could have tried to up sale (like most mechanics), but he tightened a few things on the car and let me go on my way.
I do not know where to start. But one thing I can say is I have regretted deeply trusting Stress-Free Auto Care with my car. Brought in my car needing total overhaul. After initial diagnostic checks most items were cleared and the rest that failed were mostly hardware parts. Gave greenlight to proceed and paid ridiculously huge bill for the work done. Johanne we spoke of this by phone. Diagnostic work requires one of two things; an actual trouble code of the area that is problematic, or an actual drivability issue. When you came in you stated neither with the vehicle. Your vehicle was not driven in. We replaced the catalytic converter and the battery. The vehicle drove fine. As always they took great care of me and my truck.This time it was just an oil change , but they got me in and out in a timely manner . Also there prices are comparable.
