Horrible service!! They push you to get things done in your car that you don't want it, you said no and he pushes and pushes, lied about the car state and overcharged, but guess what, problem is still there and now the car bends to the right. They said FREE check up on the car and when I said I didn't want the service they wanted to charge me. Don't go there!
If I could give this place less than one star I would. Originally this place was very courteous, but after they worked on my vehicle and caused an issue they became rude when trying to resolve it. I took in my vehicle for an alternator replacement and no other issue. They fixed that and I went to pick up my SUV and noticed my check engine light was on after. Big rip off. Paid 1300 for an alternator from these hebes, literally tried to upcharge me for hours throughout. Waited all day for the job

Worst place ever asked for a rim to be mounted on tire and put on car they didn't do it right charged me 50$ for that didn't tight on my lug nuts so lug nuts came off on the highway costed me a extra 200 to fix they said they would refund then called few minutes after and said I couldn't get money back

I would not get anything beyond basic maintenance done at this place (oil change, air filter, tire rotation, etc) I called and got a quote for a spark plug change which was a range of 250-450, and thought that was reasonable so I scheduled. I got there and the guy at the front, quoted me almost double of what was quoted over the phone (785)... It's bullshit that they call it stress, free. The oil change took an hour and 15 minutes. I asked about a tune up the guy tried to upsell me on coils, so I'll never be back.

My Jeep was running fine but diagnostic indicated it needed a thermostat monitor repaired. They said I needed a new thermostat also. Now after this place put in a new thermostat - my Jeep is overheating and I have been stranded in a small town only 3 days after getting it fixed here. strongly DON'T recommend using this shop!
Extremely Disappointed - Beware of Stress-Free Auto Care, Euless I went to Stress-Free Auto Care in Euless for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. They told me the drain cap was stripped, but my van was completely fine before I brought it in--no leaks, no issues. Car was taken in for service and it was returned with the same problem. I went back to inform then and they said the car will not operate 100% good because there are inherent things to fix. They never mentioned that when they took the car in for a $600 fix that did NOTHING! Going back to my previous mechanic!
