I've taken my car here twice. The second time was because I had a problem with my car. My experience there has been pretty good. The service advisors were very nice and professional. I never felt like they were trying to push any unnecessary services or that they were over charging me for anything. I love the texting feature. It makes it easy to communicate while I'm at work. Overall, a good experience with stress free auto, and I'll continue taking my car there for services.

Responded quickly to all inquiries. Polite and pleasant customer service. A detailed diagnosis report was provided at a reasonable cost. They had my car returned as soon as they could.

Went in for an AC relay to be replaced. They charged $100-$200 less than the competition. Repair only took a couple of hours. Extremely satisfied.

Three out of the 4 services I requested were able to be taken care of. The quality of work and attention to follow up maintanance is appreciated. This is a reliable repair shop who has always been able to help whenever needed. They squeezed us in for a last minute appointment, gave us a loaner car, and completed the work quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The customer service is always amazing but Will was who helped us this last time and made everything so easy. I appreciate finding Stress Free so much!

They took such good care of me when I visited. Super informative and Super patient with me! Will was my technician and he was so helpful throughout the whole process. I went in for AC repair and it works great! The price was perfect for how thorough they were!
