They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. They also checked the entire vehicle for any other issues that needed to be addressed. I called in the morning, was able to get in, car serviced and completed same day. Their notification services via text, pictures, and video keeps you informed on the progress and accountability. Definitely coming back for future maintenance.

came for oil change, and they did a full diagnostic. while I'll need some work in the future , they don't hard sell anything . appreciate that .

The service is great, but the prices are high. The prices are comparable to taking my vehicle to the dealership mechanics.

Jeremy was super accommodating to a time crunch situation. I am from out of town, andI needed an oil change. He was able to fit me in the very next morning at the exact time I needed. Within one hour I was in and out and that included a full vehicle inspection.

Stress Free Auto Care is anything but stress-free. This shop perfectly embodies the stereotypical shady mechanic. They bombard you with a flood of overly wordy text messages all within a 10-minute span, making it difficult to keep track of critical information. Hidden among these texts is a link to the estimate. My engine was suffering from an oil leak, and they quickly diagnose the issue and set me up with a remediation plan. I was able to make an appointment a couple days later and the issue was resolved. I appreciate everything they did to get my car back in action and I would recommend them to others. Am thankful.

Matt is fantastic!! My oil light/check engine light went on earlier this year. Let it be said every time I've had a check engine light go on in the past it's entailed a recommendation for more involved 'diagnostics' and/or costly repairs.
