Brentwood Tire Company is simply amazing!!! I was losing air in my tire on a Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon and needed help. I called and Dave answered and told me to come on in. His wife Natasha asked if I had called about my tire losing air once I told her my name. They stared working on changing my faulty valve stems on two of my tires. They were both so amazing to talk to and so welcoming. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to Dave and Natasha for being able to help me so last minute on a Satur... read more
Great service. Great communication. Super fair pricing and the owners are nice people. Would recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely be back.
David and Natasha are amazing. I can not say enough great things about these two people. I have ordered tires from them and they gave several great options to choose from at very reasonable rates. I have pulled in without an appointment to have tires balanced and was taken care of nearly instantly. David is very knowledgeable and Natasha is pleasant, both are patient and understanding people. This is the only tire shop I go to.
I called because I needed two tires. Natasha asked if I wanted new or used and checked on the size. She had two available. I asked if I could come right then and she said sure no problem. I got there quickly and checked in with Natasha. She said 30 minutes tops. I walked across the street and came back in 30. My car was still sitting there. About 45 min later, they started on my car. It took them about 10 minutes. I appreciated their fast phone response and I know they were busy but appreciated they took my car without an ... read more
Great service!!! Great people. Honest, reliable, very efficient. Tires fixed, brakes working great. They're open early, open on weekends. They even stayed late on Saturday until the job was done. I got a flat on the way to work, they were open early they took care of it in 15 min and I was back on the road and able to get to work on time.
Great family owned business! Most automotive shop pay little to no attention to customer service but Dave is a good businessman.
Best service ever! Had a slow leak in one of my SUV tires. Stopped by, no appointment, and they fixed it right away. $20, in and out within 15 minutes. This is how a tire store should operate. Thank you!
Was able to get squeezed in their busy schedule to get my tired fixed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be back!
Wow! I needed new tires and we moved here in February so I had no idea where to buy tires. I'm a Costco customer and have always found great deals for most anything there, but as far as tires go, Brentwood tire Company is the place to buy! This is a mom and pop type store with prices that beat Costco by over $100 for 4 tires. Great service, it only took an hour. They were very thorough and checked everything regarding brakes, ball joints, springs etc. I enjoyed the had there pet parrot Chico in the waiting area! Truly a grea... read more
