I come to Brentwood Tire to get all the work done on my cars! I Can always count on them for a same day appointment. Natasha, Dave, and their team are very friendly and professional! Absolutely recommend!!
Stopped in this morning to have a slow leak in a tire diagnosed. It took 30 minutes total and I was driving out with a reapaired tire! David was amazing and knows how to treat customers. I will definitely be coming back when its time to get new tires.
Very helpful and wonderful service, they explain things and procedure. Fast service. Thank you.
Took in my wife's car because it had a bolt in the tread area. Not leaking yet but needed to be fixed. They told me to bring it in and I did. About 15 minutes later they said it was done and placed the key on the counter. I asked how much for the repair. They said nothing. Nothing I inquired?they said it was free because I was a Vietnam Veteran Wow! They will definitely get more business from me!!!
first time customer at this place and i love it.Dave was very nice and helpful.I went for 2 brand new tires, got very good pricing for it.Thank you Dave!
This shop is amazing. You walk in and they are friendly and inviting. They truly care about taking care of the customer and I sure am glad I live in this town and now have an amazing tire shop. I will have my family friends come here for sure. I had some big tires installed and they did a great job. Brought it back a couple weeks later to have them check it out and they balanced my tires for me. They took their time. I will be back and thank you Brentwood tires. Great people with great service.
3 different visits here, all good experiences. TODAY: 34 hours till Christmas and as my daughter and I left for some last minute shopping we had our annual holiday flat tire. Bummer, threw on spare and swung by BTC. I arrived at 2:10 and he said they were trying to close up @2 for the holidays (closed for 3 days). He took care of me without hesitation and were offered some delicious food they had catered. My daughter was super welcomed & Jack the shop dog is adorable and we owe him a treat for todays generosity. I also... read more
I had a flat tire and thought a new tire was needed. I called BTC and was asked to bring my car in immediately so they could look at the tire. They informed me a new tire wasn't necessary and fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly, professional and reliable. Thank you.
I rated this at only 3 stars only because I wasn't able to have work done here. They are unable to replace tires on Teslas.
