I could not say more than thank you and you ROCK Dave and his wife witch is a real sweetheart and if you want a real good laugh talk to Chico!!!! AKA owner of the waiting room!!!! LOL
Excellent service. Needed help repairing my 37" x 24" x 14" tire and Adjusting my sway bar hitch. Dave and his wife were very easy to work with. I recommend supporting this local small business. Keep up the great service Brentwood tire company.
Owners David and Natasha are true providers of their community here in Brentwood! Not only are they fast and efficient, but they are truly caring of people. I'm not a hands on person with cars, so I came to them saying I needed a puncture to be patched on my tires. I only called in a few minutes before hand to see if they could service it, and Natasha told me to come on by. They had it done in just a few minutes. On top of all that, they didn't even charge me a maintenance fee. They treat you as a member of their community, ... read more
Can't say enough about this place. I've taking both my cars here and they always take care of me. Minimal wait time, honest service and quality. This past experience they took a nail out and checked all the tires and it was on the house. Though it was a small job other places coulda took advantage of it. Will be back shortly for new tires on our vw! Thanks again
There is not that many places where you can get great customer service and honesty, I came there to get a flat tire fixed, now they have a customer for life, I highly recommend this shop
Dave is friendly and will take his time to treat you right. Fair prices. I am not shopping for a new tire shop.
So I had a screw half way through the side wall of my tire and couldn't get an appt. at Toyota for almost a week. I took the car to Big O and they took one look at it and said the tire needed to be replaced and they didn't have it in stock. I called Dave at Brentwood tire company hoping he could order my tire so I didn't have to drive too far in that condition to get the tire replaced. He was so helpful! He said bring it in and he would try to repair the tire while I waited on ordering a new tire. It turned out the screw did... read more
I went to have the tires on my boat trailer replaced today at Brentwood Tire Company. Dave and his staff are very friendly and professional. The customer service is what you would expect from a boutique style shop where you are served breakfast and walk on a red carpet. Dave went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He even spent almost an hour getting the spare tire mounted back on my trailer at no additional cost! They are very competitive in price. In fact they are probably the most inexpensive in the area... read more
Recently I went in to Brentwood Tires and I gave it five stars. The Service was great and the people were so friendly and very helpful. They took the time to explain to me what the problems were and what my options were. They were honest with me about how long it would take and they were done when they said they'd be done. Brentwood Tires is now my new auto go to place. Thank you Brentwood Tires.
