Your rep, Dustin, made sure he understood the problem, arranged for a ride home, and explained what they discovered so I understood everything. It was an easy fix and didn't cost more than what was estimated.
Came in for an oil change and they got it done very quickly... 45 minutes quicker than the time quoted when I arrived.
As a return, customer, I was not Surprised with the excellent service that I received at Bend Subaru, I worked with Sam. He made the whole car buying experience, pleasant and not drawn out. I drove in with my three year-old Subaru,, and drove out with a brand new 2025 in about an hour and a half. That is probably because we enjoyed talking with each other also.
