It all starts at the top and that would be Service Manager, Dustin Pigott, and filters down to Paul and Brandon and the rest of the guys and gals there. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are looking out for their customers. They are honest and I trust like no other dealer ever

FANTASTIC customer service as always! Subaru of Bends staff always goes “over and above” to provide me with the best service and personal interactions. Terrific experience! First time visiting this dealership (I have visited two other dealerships, both of state, previously). On this visit, I utilized Express Service, as I was just needing an oil change. Russell, the service advisor, was great. It was great working with service advisor Russ and tech Matt. They went one step beyond to ensure the service of my Outback. Indeed it was my pleasure to work with them for the servicing of my car.
My service person Jake was terrific, helpful & efficient! Great job on getting the nasty sap stains off the exterior.
Was very thorough. He went through everything and asked him to take care of a few things and he did also followed up and got the car washed. It was a good day. Everyone was very kind. Good experience.
