Excellent customer service
Service was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the complimentary Uber ride home. However, credit card fees are a huge pet peeve of mine. Given average cost of car repairs, this is the type of place I expect to be able to use a credit card without hassle. If you feel the need to charge separate prices for cash and credit cards, I suggest offering a cash discount instead of a credit card fee. This accomplishes the same thing, albeit with a positive reward instead of a negative penalty.

The buying experience was pleasant. Jeremy was knowledgeable and non aggressive. He allowed us time to really think it over without pressure. I really appreciate that. Friendly service and very speedy too! One of the reasons I purchased my second Subaru from Subaru of Bend is the service department. They have always treated me so well.
Came in because of a slow leak in my rear tire. Bill immediately found the problem. He explained why the tire would need to be replaced. He pulled up my account and discovered it qualified for the road hazard warranty. I know the service department was incredibly busy but I was treated as though I was the only customer. The tire was replaced and I was on my way in less than two hours. It is always a good assurance knowing Subaru is taking care of my vehicle by courteous technicians. Thank you.
